Beetroot (Rainbow)

A mixed bunch of 3 coloured beetroot varieties: Red Detroit, Boldor Golden and Chioggia Pink. Great sliced thinly through salads or roasted for a punch of vibrant colour. All of these varieties also retain their colour well when pickled.
